Important Update for First-Time Home Buyers

The First-Time Home Buyer Incentive program is coming to an end. If you're planning to take advantage of this opportunity, time is running out!

**Deadline Alert:** All new or updated applications must be submitted by **March 21, 2024, at midnight ET**.

Here’s what you need to know:

- **For New & Resubmitted Applications:** Ensure your application or any resubmissions for previously declined/cancelled applications reach the Program Administrator by the March 21 deadline.

- **Post-Deadline Submissions:** Applications submitted after this date will require a manual review, with requests due by March 25, 2024.

- **Final Approvals:** No new approvals will be issued after March 31, 2024.

**For Approved Applications:** Amendments post-approval will be entertained as per the guidelines in the Operational Policy Manual. Visit the Place to Call Home website for more details.
